The 7700X is Agilent’s flagship trace-element analysis instrument, featuring ppq-level ultra-high sensitivity and Octopole Reaction System (ORS³) interference removal technology, enabling precise detection of ultra-trace impurities and ensuring the strict purity requirements of electronic-grade products.
