Jiangxi Yuhong New Materials Completes HF Storage Tank Piping Upgrade to Strengthen Electronic Chemicals Production Safety

Recently, Jiangxi Yuhong New Materials Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the installation of new pipelines and system upgrades in the hydrofluoric acid (HF) storage tank area of its 80,000-ton/year electronic wet chemicals project for photovoltaic and PCB applications, located in the North District of Xingan County Salt & Chemical Industrial Park. Strictly adhering to fluorochemical anti-corrosion and safety standards, the project uses highly corrosion-resistant PVDF pipes and special valves, with nearly 1,000 meters of new conveying pipelines added to optimize material transfer between the tank farm and production workshops. Equipped with a DCS automatic control system and safety monitoring devices, the upgrade enhances leak early warning and emergency response capabilities, fully complying with environmental protection and work safety regulations. This upgrade will further improve the stability and supply capacity of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid, providing high-quality wet electronic chemicals for photovoltaic, semiconductor and integrated circuit industries, and supporting the high-quality development of the local fluorochemical industry chain.
