Jiangxi Yuhong New Materials Co., Ltd. conducted a special fire emergency drill for anhydrous hydrogen fluoride leakage. The drill simulated a rupture of the storage pipeline in the plant, resulting in leakage of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and generation of toxic fumes.

Upon discovering the hazard, on-site staff immediately raised the alarm and cut off the hazard source, and the company promptly activated the dedicated emergency response plan. The security team cordoned off the area and evacuated personnel. Rescue team members wearing heavy chemical protective suits and self-contained breathing apparatus entered the site, continuously sprayed water mist to dilute toxic gas and completed leakage stoppage. The treatment team applied alkaline solution to neutralize residual liquid, the medical team stood by for rescue, and the finishing team carried out full-site decontamination. The well-organized drill with clear division of labor effectively tested the practical capabilities of the emergency team.
