New production equipment for electronic grade hydrofluoric acid installed.

Jiangxi Yuhong New Materials Co., Ltd., located in Xingan Salt & Chemical Industrial City, has newly installed intelligent production equipment for UP-grade electronic grade hydrofluoric acid. The whole production line adopts perfluorinated anti-corrosion materials (PTFE/PFA) and a DCS automatic control system, integrating multi-stage rectification, ultra-clean filtration and hermetic filling processes. It can stably produce high-purity hydrofluoric acid of UP and UPSS grades, meeting the demands of high-end fields such as semiconductors, integrated circuits and photovoltaic PCBs.

As a key extension project of the fluorination industrial chain in Xingan County, the newly commissioned equipment lifts the company's annual production capacity of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid to 100,000 tons. This further optimizes the industrial layout covering electronic chemicals, high-purity hydrofluoric acid and applications for semiconductors and photovoltaics. With high-quality products and advanced production capacity, the company boosts the localization development of the electronic information and new energy industries, and strives to become a benchmark for the manufacturing of high-end electronic chemicals in the region.
